Dr. Hartman and Dr. Lathrop joined together in the practice of Birch Tree Podiatry Group, P.C. in 1992. They are dedicated to education on an ongoing basis so that they may continue to offer state-of-the-art treatment in this rapidly evolving profession. They encourage questions and participation by thier patients because they are a necessary part of the solution.
